At Nordwr, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@nordwr.com with your order details. Our team will provide instructions.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Worn, damaged, or altered products


⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@nordwr.com
